At Eternity Technologies, our long-term strategy is to continuously strengthen our global manufacturing platform in order to better serve our customers and support the growing demand for sustainable industrial battery solutions.
As part of this strategy, we are pleased to highlight the strategic importance of our production facility in Vijayawada, India, acquired in 2025 from EnerSys. This location represents a significant step in expanding Eternity Technologies international manufacturing footprint and reinforces our commitment to investing in strategic production locations that enhance flexibility, increase regional support capabilities, and strengthen our ability to serve customers across multiple markets.
Once fully operational under Eternity standards, the site will become an additional key platform for the production of high-performance industrial batteries, reflecting Eternity Technologies commitment to world-class manufacturing, quality excellence, and long-term investment in strategic production capabilities. Significant upgrades are currently underway to progressively transform the Vijayawada facility into a modern production hub fully aligned with Eternity Technologies engineering standards, manufacturing discipline, quality control processes, and safety requirements.
We expect to ship our first batteries from Vijayawada by Q2 2026.
